DUNDRUM CENTRAL 2.0

Located on the original historic Central Mental Hospital site close to Dundrum Village. The Land Development Agency worked in partnership with Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council to progress planning on this site achieving 934 Residential units and 4380 Sqm of non residential space ranging from 2 to 8 Storeys with a density of 97 units p/ha

TPA’s role as Planning and Environmental Consultant included the preparation and submission of an LRD for the redevelopment of the former Central Mental Hospital to deliver significant residential development, including a café, restaurant, retail, medical, childcare and new community centre.
