Tom Phillips + Associates (TPA) is a leading town planning & geospatial analysis consultancy operating in Dublin since 2002 and in Cork since 2021.

The Practice offers expertise for diverse and complex projects, using industry leading knowledge to guide our clients through the planning system from strategic advice and feasibility through to design completion.

TPA serves both public sector clients (local authorities, government departments & statutory bodies) and private sector clients (major companies, construction firms & investment organisations).

Our planning staff are arranged into 4 teams (all of whom are led by highly experienced Associate Directors) with strategic leadership at Director level. TPA’s team structure is arranged to reflect the breadth of experience that we have in the Practice ensuing that Teams and projects have the requisite level of experience necessary to progress as required.

Our Dublin Team

Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Adobe InDesign.
